You might want to download Microsoft's ClickOnce add-on for Firefox (available from
Mozilla) - it makes installing any ClickOnce application real easy - (note that the add-on also requires a fairly up to date PC to run).

Otherwise you just need to a little manual work (though not much) as explained here.
When you click Install on the ClickOnce page, the "VideoSpunge.application" will be downloaded to your PC.
Navigate to the downloaded file using Windows Explorer or perhaps the FireFox download manager.
When you double-click on the downloaded installer file, you will see the standard install security warning - this indicates that you should (of course) only install from sources you can trust - in this instance it is safe to proceed, so click "Install".
That's all there is to it. Keeping up with updates is even easier, thanks to ClickOnce, which takes care of everything, including taking steps to make sure the updates are authentic.
